Privacy Policy

What data the app handles

The app stores the following locally on your device only (via your device's built-in app storage):

• Your completed kindness goals and log entries
• Your reflection text, mood selections, and optional custom mood words
• Your streak and calendar history
• Your weekly reflection summaries
• Your notification preferences (time, on/off)
• Whether onboarding has been completed

None of this leaves your device. We have no servers that receive it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account, email, phone number, or any identifier to use the app.
• We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Sentry crash reporting, etc.).
• We do not include advertising or advertising identifiers.
• We do not use cookies, pixels, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

Permissions the app requests

Notifications — so we can send you a gentle daily reminder at the time you choose. You control whether this is enabled in your device settings or in the app's Settings screen. Notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device.

That's the only permission the app requests.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add functionality that collects data (for example, optional cloud backup), we will update this policy, update the app's data-safety disclosures in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and notify users through the app itself before the change takes effect.
